Saqqa Academy ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

What we collect

• From the registration form: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), city, current status and how you heard about us.
• When you enrol: the payment method, transaction ID and the payment screenshot you upload.
• If you are a student: your login details (passwords are stored only as a secure hash), lesson progress, task submissions and certificate.
• Technical information: the link or ad you came from (UTM parameters, fbclid), the landing page URL, your browser (user agent) and IP address.
• Cookies: the Meta Pixel (and Google Analytics, if enabled) to measure ad performance, and a login cookie for the student area.

Why we collect it

• To contact you on WhatsApp with course, price and enrolment details.
• To verify payments, give you access to the course and track your progress.
• To understand which ads and channels work.
• To prevent spam and misuse.

How we protect it

Your data is stored in a private database that only Saqqa Academy's authorised team can access. Payment screenshots are visible to admins only. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): for ad measurement. Phone numbers and emails are sent only in hashed (encrypted) form.
• Hosting, video and infrastructure providers that are needed to run the website and the course.
• Where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@saqqaacademy.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within 7 days.
